1). You understand that you will not receive
everything up front. You will be shipped your product
every three months, contingent upon your payment status.
2). You understand that these are your payment options:
a). Full payment upfront, with the benefit of money saved on
shipping.
Those who are shipping inside the United States will save $240
in shipping and the upfront amount will be $3600.
Those who are shipping outside the United States will save $200
in shipping and the total upfront amount will be $4000.
b). Payment in installments over a 24 month period. The automatic
payment each
month for the installment plan is $150, plus shipping.
If you are shipping to an address inside the United States,
we will add $10 to your payment
each month for shipping, making your monthly total $160.
If you are shipping to an address outside the United States,
we will add $25 to your payment
each month for shipping, making your monthly total $175.
3). If you have missed a payment, you will have 45 days to
get caught up and/or update your credit card information. Until
that time, you will not receive any shipments.
4). If your account goes over 45 days late, your spot will
be given to someone on the waiting list. They will take up your
payments where you left off and you will not receive any more
product, nor will your card refunded or charged again.
5). We can’t accommodate requests for products in specific
colors or for products at specific times.
6). We will inspect everything before it is shipped to ensure
the highest quality. But due to the nature of this deal, you
receive everything AS IS -- we won’t be able to offer
returns, refunds or exchanges for anything. But let’s
face it – the total value of what you are receiving is
WAY MORE than what you’re paying (at least $10,000) –
so you’ll have to be forgiving if there are a few items
that slip through the cracks.
7). In the case of a natural disaster, theft, or any other
Act of God (like the end of the world), Creative Magic reserves
the right to cancel this agreement at any time. In the event
that we have to cancel this agreement, any money that you have
not received a shipment for will be refunded (assuming $450
per shipment not yet received, plus shipping) and your card
will no longer be charged, and of course you won’t receive
any more shipments.
